Příjemná atmosféra Přátelští kolegové Zajímavá a dobře finančně ohodnocená práce Mezinárodní kolektiv

Opportunities for career advancement
v relativne krátké době došlo k povyšení více kolegu na manažerské pozice i k přesunům v rámci divize za účelem poskytnutí přílžitosti k osobnimu rustu
Informal work atmosphere
- dress code neni určený - všichni si tykají - stejné neformální chování mezi lidmi bez ohledu na zastávané pracovní pozice - vysoký podíl home office

I like working in a very friendly multinational environment, I can use my English on daily basis. I have a great team and I really like challenging and varied tasks that help me to develop further.
Cross entities communication and cooperating can be sometimes challenging.
Flexible working hours
We have a fix working time from 10 AM to 4 PM and flexible beginning and ending of the working hours. And there is a flexibility to adjust your working hours so that your work - private life is balanced.
Work in an international environment
Prague Curium team is very multinational, there are over 20 nationalities. Multinational environment is great for cooperation. It brings up a lot of interesting ideas and innovations.

- Relatively young as a corporation so lots of flexibility to positively influence processes, culture - Good grwoth - Friendly and open culture, socialising amongst colleagues - HR and managers genuinely care about your development
- Still stuck in its past as separate companies even after merging- too much working in silos and reluctance to work across sites
