Lokální vedení je super, bohužel má omezené pravomoce a korporátní procesy žlověku ničí život.
Korporátní vedení si neváží svých zaměstnanců, každý je nahraditelný a jakékoli zvýšení platu, byť jen o inflaci, je předmětem dlouhodobých diskuzí, které většinou zaměstnanec nevybojuje. Pracovní procesy jsou zbytečně složité a neefektivní.
Complex tasks
Protože hlavním předpokladem uchazečů je multitasking pod neustálým tlakem a orientací na výkony a efektivitu, i přesto, že vnitřní procesy nejsou moc efektivně nastaveny.
Meaningful work
Firma se zabývá klinickými studiemi léků. Mnoha pacientům tak dává naději na novou léčbu v době, kdy lék ještě není komerčně dostupný.
