Kolonku "Chtějí práci v týmu mladých lidí" jsem zaškrtla, neboť ve firmě pracuje hodně mladých lidí. Někteří lidé rádi pracují s mladšími spolupracovníky, a to např. z důvodu různých úlhů pohledu na věc, kdy tyto odlišné pohledy mohou vnést do pracovního prostřední nestandartní (inovativní) způsoby řešení pracovních úkolů apod.
Ve skutečnosti se jedná o kombinaci pevné a pružné pracovní doby. Tedy si můžete rozvrhnout svoji práci dle osobního života, občas si odběhnout něco zařídit, případně když práce nejde od ruky, tak se jít projít a pak v práci pokračovat nebo někdo rád pracuje večer, když se běžný denní šum uklidní.
