Velmi si vážím pružné pracovní doby, home office. Opravdu se hledí na work vs life balance a celkový přístup k zaměstnancům je férový. Je možnost pracovního růstu. 13. plat je taky super. Nejlepší firma, ve které jsem kdy pracovala (a už jsem jich pár vystřídala).
Opravdu si nejsem ničeho vědoma. Jsem spokojená.

Velmi oceňuji zkrácenou pracovní dobu a možnost práce z domu. Atlas Copco nabízí plno vzdělávácích možností a akcí.

great work-life balance - flexible working hours, multisport card, nice and helpful team and boss, you can agree on different part-time/full-time setting depending on your current life situation :)
the company is trying to save money and is moving some teams or their parts to other countries but that is the case for many companies
Jobs fit for working parents
Many working parents are employed here. The flexible schedule lets you finish when you need. There are events for children and working parents.
Flexible working hours
Core hours are 10-15, outside of this time you can start and finish whenever you want, you can also finish earlier one day and make up for it another day and there's no problem taking out overtime. :)
