Freedom to share my opinion with my supervisor, open communication within our team, open door policy in the company. I like our little workshops during the year about mental health, physical health or interesting people coming to our company to talk to us about their career.
Sometimes lack of processes, decentralization and unclear official communication is frustrating, but this is also part of the company culture and part of the reason why Atlas Copco is so strong in the market.

Oceňuji, že v Atlas Copco máme možnost se dále vzdělávat, zlepšovat se a také se kariérně vyvíjet. Obrovským bonusem jsou lidé, kteří zde pracují, které tvoří pro mne tu nejdůležitější část toho, proč se mi práce líbí.

Velmi si vážím pružné pracovní doby, home office. Opravdu se hledí na work vs life balance a celkový přístup k zaměstnancům je férový. Je možnost pracovního růstu. 13. plat je taky super. Nejlepší firma, ve které jsem kdy pracovala (a už jsem jich pár vystřídala).
Opravdu si nejsem ničeho vědoma. Jsem spokojená.
