* having a freedom to do what is needed * international colleagues

* war in Ukraine - company provides money for humanitarian organizations but I still do have a feeling it is not enough. On the other hand, I'm not sure what else can be done

mam decka, neni problem prijit pozde do prace a odejit brzy. A pak treba dokoncit veci jiny den, nebo vecer

Complex tasks

prace v multikulturnim prostredi hlavne remote, kde clovek potrebuje spolupracovat a vytvaret veci. Clovek nedostane navod jak, nebo co presne resit. Casto je potrebne si problematiku nastudovat, najit relevatni lidi a ptat se co je potreba udelat. Az pak muzu zacit resit konkretni technicky ukol.

Thank you for your comment. We all are deeply sorry for the situation in Ukraine and at Atlas Copco Services, we are trying our best to help. We relocated and employed several of our Ukrainian colleagues, participated in the fair to support refugees, most of the money coming from various charitable projects went to support Ukrainian in recent times. And we will keep doing that with the hope that our help will not be needed soon.

Pravidelně dobrovolničíme

Podporujeme work-life balance, třeba zkrácenou pracovní dobou

Jsme držiteli dvou ocenění ABSL Diamonds

It is a big and strong company. Rules are clear. Each can be promoted to more responsible role, company provides opportunities to grow. There is a good and I think also open culture. Managers are fair enough.

Sometimes communication is not fast enough. Some rules are hard to understand, but it is in every corporate.

Priatelska atmosfera, spolocne akcie mimo pracovneho casu, ustretovost zamestnavatela, moznost osobneho rastu, moznost absolvovat dodatocne kurzy

Netesi ma, ze casom nebude mat kazdy stale miesto na sedenie v kancelarii

Děkujeme za komentář. Rozumíme, že mít vlastní stálé místo v kanceláři je v mnoha ohledech nejpříjemnější řešení. Naprotá většina našich kolegů ale pracuje část týdne z domova, a kapacita kanceláře tak zůstává dlouhodobě nevyužitá. Atlas Copco Services se musí chovat jako řádný hospodář i co se týče našich krásných kanceláří :)

Zajímavé benefity. Možnost vybrání si přesčasů. Zkrácená pracovní doba. Možnost vzdělávání se a absolvování zkoušek. Možnost zlepšit se v AJ. Možnosti dalšího sebevzdělávání se.

Velmi otevřené a vstřícné pracovní prostředí, každý může ovlivnit chod společnosti, společnost velmi dbá o své zaměstnance a podporuje je

oceňuji přístup některých lidí jak k firmě tak k svým kolegům zajmavý benefit je sblížení lídí jak v týmu tak mimo něj prostřednictvím různých akcí(vánoční večírek atd......)
