Pružná pracovní doba. Dobrý kolektiv. Dobří nadřízení.
Pracovní doba 8h. Hodiny navíc, které se musí odevzdat zaměstnavateli "alikvóty".

Jedná se o velmi stabilní společnost s dlouhou historií. Za posledních několik let dochází k pravidelnému a velmi zajímavému meziročnímu růstu platů pro všechny kategorie. Společnost poskytuje spousty benefitů. Díky anketám pro zaměstnance se podařilo realizovat i hodně pozitivních změn.
Není nic zásadního co by vzbuzovalo nespokojenost.

Firma se stále zdokonaluje a to nutí člověka na sobě pracovat a rozvíjet se. Dá se tady hodně naučit a jsou k dispozici i různá školení. Od určitého tarifního stupně jsou povinné přesčasy, ale ten kdo opravdu chodí do práce dělat, tak je nemá problém splnit a ještě pošetří nějaké ty přesčasy na náhradní volno. Co se týče mzdy, tak tu považuji za velmi slušnou.
