Oceňuji zejména férové jednání a organizovanost ze strany vedení, dbání na bezpečnost a chuť posouvat se dál, s čímž souvisí různá školení a jiná podpora osobního rozvoje. A benefity jako příspěvek na dopravu, multisport karta a firemní akce a další jsou taky fajn.
Naddělávání pauzy na oběd u THP. Tedy 8,5hodinová pracovní doba.
