Smysluplná práce, relativně dobrý kolektiv.
S nadřízenými - ode zdi ke zdi, nejasná koncepce řízení celé firmy. Pravděpodobně jde z rakouské matky.

Levá ruka neví co dělá pravá a podobně. Na vedoucích místech jsou lidé co tomu většinou nerozumí

byla jsem propuštěna pro nadbytečnost po 23 letech poctivé práce
Flexible working hours
Pružná pracovní doba je určitě pro zaměstnance výhodnější než pevná. Musí se dodržet být v práci od 8h do 13h, vše ostatní je pak dle domluvy a potřeby.

Vedení firmy je v Rakousku. Pobočky jsou v mnoha zemích (např. Polsko, Čína ...).

Místo kvality se hrálo na kvantitu Směny C.D absolutně neřešily údržbu strojů a pořádek na pracovišti

Pleasant work environment
Haly jsou moderni, ciste a před 2 lety nově postavené. Na halách je klid, žádný hluk. Opravdu chválím.

Plat je fér, spolupráce napříč firmou je super. Kolegové jsou ochotní.
Neodbornost jednotlivých manažerů. Nutné přesčasové hodiny a nahlížení na ně.

Nejvíce spokojen jsem byl s vedením a mými kolegy našeho oddělení. Je zde celkem dobře propracovaný systém kompetencí k jednotlivým úkolům. Za dobrý benefit považuji proplácení jízdného do práce.
Vždy je co zlepšovat. Některé procesy by se mohli zefektivnit a zrychlit. Možná méně byrokracie. Ale to je vždy diskutabilní.
