Kolektiv je ve firmě skutečně velmi mladý (od 20 let, průměrný věk je tak 25 let, pokud nepočítáme managerské a vedoucí pozice). Řádoví zaměstanci (sourcing consultanti a consultanti jsou velmi mladí). Je to z toho důvodu, že se jedná o vstupní pozici do HR, málo placenou. I proto je kolektiv takový, jaký je.





Možnost získání praxe v administrativě, jednání s lidmi a celkem slušný systém školení ohledně legislativy - z kadého trochu pracovně právní vztahy, mzdová agenda, GDPR a další.
