milá přátelská neformální atmosféra, podobný pohled na dění okolo nás, pocit užitečnosti v tomto pracovním soukolí, dobrá nálada, možnost firemních akcí

více mužů do firmy :-) stravenky, tábory/akce pro děti zaměstnanců?

Flexibilita pracovní doby - možnost odejít a přijít, jak se mi to hodí. Pohodová atmosféra, smysluplnost práce - nemám pocit, že bych dělala zbytečnosti, které nikomu nepomáhají. Velmi fér přístup nadřízené.

Vyšší plat, lepší komunikaci mezi odděleními.

Otevřenosti, slušného chování, respektu k práci, vstřícnosti, možnosti dalšího vdělávání
