Stabilita v rámci pocitu naplnění z práce. S motivací občas pokulháváme, ale je to jistě dáno přirozenými hranicemi v mezilidských vztazích. K vylepšení do budoucna shledávám jako výzvu uvedení do rovnováhy tok výrobních procesů, aby se zamezilo situacím, kdy se falešně může člověk domnívat "teď se nic neděje" a vyhroceným stavem "nestíháme". Umenší to míru nárazového stresu na každého zaměstnance a zajistí růst a prosperitu firmy o to lépe, účinněji. Z hlediska platu a ostatních složek přispívajících konkrétně k mé spokojenosti, nepociťuji potřebu změny, pracovní zařazení mi plně vyhovuje. Mám prostor pro spolupráci s mladým kolektivem a realizací nápadů vedoucích ke zlepšení výroby.

Nijak zásadní faktory nespokojenosti zde nebyly. Případné potíže za sebe se snažím řešit hned.

Tvořiva náplň práce.

Hrubá mzda nových kolegu je vyšší než člověka s desetiletou praxi ve firmě = konec předávání zkušeností.
