Tlak na dodržení termínů ve výrobě, který vede k četným přesčasům; nedostatečná technická podpora pro řešení závad a údržby strojů.

Volná pracovní doba. Možnost kariérního postupu. Možnost se pohybovat v různých technických oborech. Možnost se vzdělávat

Perspektivnost ryze české společnosti se světovou působností. Různorodost v rámci náplně práce. Velký objem benefitů ke sjednané mzdě. Příjemné a čisté prostředí nejen ve společnosti, ale i mimo její areál.

Místy obtížná komunikace i spolupráce s některými odděleními.

Oceňuji zaměření společnosti a že vše se dělá inhouse.

Každé oddělení si jede ve svém stylu a o zbytek se nezajímá. Od 4 vedoucích oddělení jsem slyšel otevřeně říkat. To mě nazajímá. Nic po mě nechtějte atd..

HiTech firma, kde pracuje mnoho velmi chytrých lidí. Naučil jsem se spoustu zajímavých věcí.

Uzavřenost a neochota spolupracovat u některých kolegů.
