- pružná pracovní doba - dobrý pracovní kolektiv - někdy i pestrá pracovní náplň
zaokrouhlování příchodu a odchodu z práce (na čtvrthodiny) - (nejen) podle mého názoru by bylo mnohem efektivnější zaokrouhlování celkového času stráveného daný den v práci

umístění firmy v centru města, tedy snadná dostupnost od dopravních prostředků i případně obchodů
nevyhovuje mi způsob evidence docházky se zaokrouhlováním na celé čtvrt-hodiny i pro jednu vteřinu "po", přičemž je pracovní doba je 8+0,5 hodiny, v praxi tedy až 9 hodin denně

5 týdnů dovolené, pružná pracovní doba, možnost práce na zkrácený úvazek, stravenky, příspěvky na soukromé pojištění
s nárůstem počtu zaměstnanců pokulhává komunikace a zaškolování nových lidí

Nejvíce jsem spokojen s kolegy z jiných oddělení. Spolupráce s nimi probíhá dobře.
Absolutní neochota ze strany nadřízených investovat do mého vzdělávání při práci a neocenění za náročný výkon je pro mě naprosto dehonestující.
