Jediná pozitivní věc je pravidelný příjem
Výše mzdy, nebo znáte zaměstnavatele který každé tři roky zkouší zaměstnance jak testy na počítači tak ustní zkoušky kdy si vytáhnete otázky a doplňující dává vedoucí? A taky hodnotí. Takže je na zvážení zda to nedělá podle oblíbenosti.

Lidé kteří nastoupí do zaměstnání a jsou dosazeny na vedoucí místa, a nemají vůbec žadné znalosti o provozu

Jedině s tím, ze výplata chodí pravidelně na účet. Výše sice již pět let stagnuje a běžně se zde uplatňuje kumulace funkce.
Nekompetentní rozhodování techniků, arogantní chování, nespravedlivě ohodnocena práce, nepřiměřený tlak na zaměstnance, samostatné myšlení se zde netoleruje.

Dobrá pracovní doba a nemám to tak daleko do zaměstnání.
Určitě za tu práci co dělám vyšší platové ohodnocení. Vadí mi docela hodně horší kolektiv. Vzájemné vztahy a mezi sebou závist.

Stálá práce a pravidelný příjem
V době recese ekonomiky určitě zvýšení platu, zlepšení komunikace zaměstnanec versus zaměstnavatel, ocenění vaší práce, u nadřízených ubrat na povýšenosti, navýšit výši odměn 13.14.plat z důvodu prosperity firmy. Tím myslím, aby kus koláče, který firma vydělá rozdělila také mezi pracující ve výrobě. Není přeci etické, aby se na jedné straně firma chlubila hospodářskými výsledky a na druhé straně tvrdila, že přidat nemůže.

Dobře propracovaný systém benefitu, stabilita zaměstnavatele na roky dopředu.
Byl by lepší individuální systém oceňování zaměstnanců.

Při velkých opravách velkostrojů byly vždy velmi dobře naplánované opravy a náhradní díly na výměnu.Komunikace mezi personálem a obsluhou byla vždy výborná.

Prostor pro kreativitu, zázemí, bezkonfliktní prostředí.
Systematické řízení společnosti, profesionalni vystupovaní na veřejnosti, kariérní plány pro zaměstnance, rozvojový plán pro zaměstnance, modernizace všeho.
