Z mého pocitu to tak vzešlo, že firma raději upřednostní lidi bez praxe, aby si je sama mohla zaučit. A to i přesto, že to bude úplně špatně, protože sám zaměstnavatel neví, co to slovo logistika znamená a nemá s ní žádné zkušenosti. Žádné školící programy od zkušených lektorů, katastrofický nedostatek místa pro nadrozměrné atypické kusy, skoro žádná evidence materiálu do systému a tak dále.
