Možnost si vlastní snahou vydělat slušné finanční ohodnocení.

Na dnešní dobu s moderními vymoženostmi, firma používá u inventur staré způsoby - místo tabletu s inventurním systémem se tu používají tužka a papír. Benefitní program od Pluxee, který ve srovnání s konkurencí nabízí daleko méně uplatnění, než např. Benefit Plus. Prodejny nedisponují aktivním zabezpečením.

Práce s lidmi mě baví, plat je dobrý a můžete se spolehnout že výplata přijde vždy jak má. Kolegové jsou super až na výjimky ale to je všude stejné. Vedení je za mě v pořádku a když se na ně obrátím vždy se mi snaží vyjít vstříc pokud to jde.

.občas mi vadí být karaná za věci které moc neovlivníme. Tedy spíš výtka ale i tak to občas zamrzí. A někdy mi chybí pozitivní odezva za věci které se udělají navíc.

oceňuji množství benefitů které Geco nabízí

to že geco uzavírá smlouvy s firmamy které vyrábí výrobky nevhodné kvality, poté se nedaří uzavírat měsíční akce
