Systém vzdělávání, celkově od nástupu přes proškolení a zaučení, jsem velmi spokojená s komunikací ať už s vedoucí prodejny a nebo vyšším nadřízeným. Líbí se mi celková nabídka pro zákazníky, myslím si, že je společnost Geco poměrně štědrá, protože benefity pro nakupující jsou skutečně bohaté. Líbí se mi rozdělení směn, znám své směny dopředu a mohu si naplánovat aktivity ve svém osobním životě, do kteréjo mi práce nikterak nezasahuje. Dalo by se tedy zkráceně říct, že i když jsem ve zkušební době, tak s čistým vědomím prohlásím, že jsem velmi spokojená. Jsem na správném místě. :-)

Upřímně jsem zatím neshledala nic negativního, co bych mohla připomenout.

super kolektiv,benefit fajn.

Směny naplanované kolikrát do úplného vyčerpání. Někdy přehnaný nátlak na prodeje.Bylo by fajn rychlejší registrace přístrojů,je to zdlouhávý proces zvlášt když jste na silné prodejně sám.

Na naší prodejně málo zaměsanců, od toho se odvijí nepřijatelná pracovní doba a stres s tím související.

Líbí se mi finanční motivace, kterou zaměstnavatel nabízí, vč. benefitů. A líbí se mi i přístup nadřízených a i ostatních kolegů na jiných mopkách, všichni jsou hodný a milý. I když něco pokazím, jsem sice pokáraná, ale vše mi je dostatečně vysvětlené.

Nevím zda, za to nese odpovědnost geco nebo dodavatel, ale mrzí mě to malé množstrví dárků, díky kterým máme možnost navyšovat některé prodeje, jelikož lidi na dárek zdarma slyší.
