V Gecu si vážím toho že umějí ocenit dobrý výkon a to jak finančně tak i třeba pochvalou nebo benefity ...
Co mohu Gecu vytknout, tak to výpomoc na jiné MOP. Je to naprosto nevýhodné a demotivující, a to z mnoha důvodu, o kterých vedení jistě ví... Určitě bych ocenila změnu.

Nejvíc jsem spokojená, že mám kolegyně, které jsou trpělivé a spolehlivé a nemáme mezi sebou rozepře. Cením si školení a své nadřízené.
Jelikož je prodejna otevřena celý týden a pracujeme i víkendy, které jsou na celé dny i když máme odpolední i ranní. Je to pořád celý den a moc to zkloubit s osobním životem nejde.
