Všichni jsou velice přátelští a se vším se nám snaží pomoci. Protože naše spokojenost je i tou jejich.

Otevírací doba by stačila do 21:00. Večer chodí jenom pacienti

Plat, kolektiv, odměňování dle prodejů

Obsazenost dle obratů není dostačující. Nerovnoměrná pracovní doba, nutnost vykrývání v rámci pomoci na jiných prodejnách na úkor osobního volna a následné kracení směn na své prodejně aby nevznikaly přesčasy. Dalo by se vyřešit člověkem na víc krerý by fungoval jako 'cesťák' na prodejnách v oblasti. Výpomoc je fajn přivýdělek ale když jich je moc, je to spíše ke škodě než k prospěchu.

Oceňuji férový přístup a to,že se dá vždy vše nějak vyřešit či domluvit.

Postrádám logiku v "Rezervním fondu". Uvítla bych mít takovýúvazek, na který mi budou stačit směny na mé prodejně. Na jiné prodejny bych pak jezdila m výpomoc radši, kdybych věděla, žeje to dobrovolný přesčas, nikoli nadělávání fondu.

MOhu si naplánovat smeny tak jak j většinou potřebuji. Vyplata chodi vždy včas. Moje vedoucí a oblastní jsou nejlepší

s přístupem některé z kolegyn. jinak vše v poradku
