Vstřícnost, komunikace, podpora a pochopení nadřízených. Rozmanitá práce, skvěle nastavené sady, které dělají radost a překvapují zákazníky. Velmi dobré finanční ohodnocení. Pozitivní adrenalin při motivačních soutěžích a plnění plánu.
Opravdu nevím. Vycházíme si ve všem vstříc. Pokud je jakýkoli problém, řešíme a vyřešíme :-) Občasné výpadky oblíbeného zboží vždy nahradíme jinou alternativou a zákazníkovi se snažíme vždy vyhovět.

To jak si moji nadřízení nevářáží toho když pomáham když potřebuju a nerespektují osobní život pracujícího člověka.
