Výborné benefity jako je třeba příspěvek na penzijní fond .
Málo volna stále výpomoce na jiných prodejnách místo toho aby se to bralo jako přesčas tak to jde do fondu rezerv

Poznal jsem už pár firem i své vlastní drobné podnikání. GECO je optimální volbou pro lidi, kteří hledají jistotu a současně se chtějí i realizovat. I když to není zadarmo, je to tady fajn.
Nic tak podstatného abych to musel zveřejňovat.

Výplata k 15 dni v měsíci na účtě Benefity v podobě cafeterie Slušné platové ohodnocení
Klade se velký důraz na aktivní prodej (bez něj není pěkná výplata) Hlídání jak kdo se ptá na zákaznickou kartu

Příliš velký tlak na zvyšování prodejů, dennodenní dril na prodávající, nesmyslné ježdění na vzdálené prodejny na výpomoc
