1. jasné stanovení povinnosti, zodpovědnosti a pravomocí pro každou pozici a dle toho i odměňovat/trestat 2. odměnit schopnosti, zkušenosti a vědomosti získané nad rámec pozadavku a pracovní doby 3. práci rozdělovat rovnomerne mezi zaměstnance dle bodu 1. a ne dle oblíbenosti nebo individualnich požadavků zaměstnanců 4. sjednotit přístup k zákazníkům - nastavit neměnný standard pro všechny 5. nečinit ukvapené závěry bez analýzy dat od všech zúčastněných stran 6. zlepšit jazykovou výbavu zaměstnanců přicházejících do styku se zákazníky 7. práci přesčas nařizovat jen mimořádně a náležitě ji ocenit (doposud přesčas brán jako samozřejmost bez náznaku ocenění) 8. vytvořit systém zastupitelnosti a delegování pravomoci 9.
