Naučil jsem se jak se míchá beton
Arogance a sebestřednost vedení, neloajalita všech zaměstnanců, laxní přístup k BOZP a její bagatelizace ze strany vedení společnosti, práce přes čas pod pohrůžkou výpovědi. Celková atmosféra ve společnosti je ponurá, smutná a do zaměstnání jsem se po 20-ti letech netěšil. Hledal jsem jakoukoliv možnost, abych nemusel jít.

Zaměstnanci tvoří celekm dobrý kolektiv platové podmínky nejsou tak hrozné ale mohli by být lepši. Celkem je zajímavá výroba zamecké dlažby i jiných výrobku .
Lepší finanční ohodnocení za tu dřinu . Férovější jednání některých nadřízených k podřízeným. Zaměstnavatel by si měl vážit zaměstnanců , kteří jsou ve firmě několik let a měl by je finančně ohodnotit a né aby to bylo naopak.

Odchod z firmy Příspěvky na oběd
Navyšování práce za stejných platových podmínek. Povýšenost až majetnictví vůči zaměstnancům. Arogance vyžšího vedení. Normování tempa ( rychlosti) kontroly kvality. Při jakékoliv stížnosti a neplnění norem snaha zbavit se zaměstnance. Navýšení práce, kterou nešlo za směnu stihnout. Krácení prémií ve výši přesčasových příplatků s argumentem neplnění norem.

Pracovní prostředí, pracovní náplň, kolegové.
Vzájemný respekt a spolupráce mezi odděleními. Kvalita obědů, velikost parkoviště.
