Elfetex není výrobní firma, je důležité udržet i balanc mezi firemním a osobním životem. Firmě záleží na udržitelnosti a to i v řadách zaměstnanců. Není cílem lidi během roka vyždímat a pak vyměnit jako je to zvykem v korporátech. Rozvržení práce je logické a přesné a tak není třeba bouchat přesčasy.
Je tu spousta kolegů, kteří zde jsou dlouhá léta, firma je stabilní i v době krizí a stále roste a inovuje.
