Týden dovolené navíc , výplata na účet včas , dobrovolné přesčasy , prémie , a mnohém další .
Příliš vysoká norma na tak zodpovědnou práci , obzvlášť při nočním provozu .

S kolegy z jiných oddělení, kteří chtějí něco vybudovat, kteří neplýtvali časem a jednali racionálně a slušně a napřímo.
Mikromanagement, nelogicky kladené otázky ve stejném pořadí bez ohledu na situaci (spíš výslech), bez reálné podpory a výstupu. Cíleně nedodávané informace, i když byly k mání. Po nějaké době nevhodná kritika ohledně oblékaní, i když i manažeři chodí sportovně celý týden.

Přátelská atmosféra, málo stresů
Příjem by mohl být vyšší, není moc možností pracovního postupu. Někteří lidé nepracují jak mají, takže zbytečně zdlouhavá domluva.
