celková péče o zaměstnance je na vysoké úrovni, v okruhu 20km rozhodně nadstandartní
Některými výhodami zaměstnanců byli znevýhodňování ostatní, kteří měli s těmito výhodami spousty starostí. Určitá pracovní místa jsou tam zaopatřovacím ústavem s nadstandartním platem.

Schneider Electric má nadstandardně dobře nastaveny systémy pro řízení procesů. Snaží se starat o své zaměstnance pořádáním různých akcí a příspěvků.
V posledním roce se do vedení společnosti dostali lidí, kteří jsou vzhledem ke svému postu top managera absolutně nekompetentní. Vypadá to, že arogance a nepřístupnost je tou správnou cestou pro kariérní růst. Schneider Electric prosazuje pravidlo diverzity a rozvoje/péče o talenty, ale opak je pravdou. Společnost je silně svázána pravidly zacházejícími až do absurdit.

Koncentrace hlupáků je ve Schneider Electric a.s. překvapivě nízká. Valná většina kolegů jsou milí a příjemní lidé. Kvůli vysoké kvalitě vztahů na pracoviště, má smysl zůstat ve Schneider Electric.
Několik zcela nekompetentních managerů bez milosti propustit.

Nesrozumitelná struktura globálního vedení společnosti. Francouzský manažerský způsob - neochota převzít zodpovědnost. Lokální český management na zoufalé úrovni lidské i odborné. Nesplněné benefity přislíbené během přijímacího pohovoru.

Vážím si ho z důvodu snahy, co nejvíce vyhovět svým zaměstnancům.
Příliš mnoho návodů a komunikačních příkazů.
