Kratší pracovní doba, všeobecně volnější pracovní tempo, napříč celou společností
Mnoho politických vlivů, absence schopného managementu
Non-stressful work
Společnost je vlastněná ČD, kde všeobecně panuje pracovní tempo a morálka, stejná jako ve všech státních institucích
Jobs for people aged 50+
Ve společnosti panuje volnější pracovní tempo, je proto vhodnější " na dožití" nebo pro lidi, kteří netouží po kariérním růstu (ten je jen pro vyvolené).

Zvýšení platů plošně a to pro spodní vrtvy. Resp. ti dole dřou, aby ti nahoře se měli dobře. Plat na úrovni pokladního v lidlu. To nebudí dobrý dojem pro nové zaměstnance. Pravidelné navyšování dle kolektivní smlouvy se neděje.
