Nejvíce oceňuji kolektiv a upřimné a férové jednání.

Tato super práce nelze moc skloubit s osobním životem, když druhý člověk nepracuje v DC. Musí se pracovat vždy jeden den o víkendu.

Decathlon mi vyjde vstříc s rozložením směn. Prostředí je příjemné. Co se týče samotných směn, tak mi občas přijde, že na určitou směnu je málo lidí v práci a nedá se toho moc stihnout a jindy nás tam je tolik, že vůbec není co dělat.

Hledal jsem práci, která mi dává smysl a v Decathlonu jsem ji našel. Líbí se mi, že firma dbá na postoj k lidem, ať už zaměstnancům, nebo zákazníkům. Že firma dbá na hodnoty a péči o prostředí.
