V DAVO CARu jsme měli skvělý tým, skoro až rodinný a to je výhra co se práce týče. Ohodnocení za dobře odvedenou práci bylo výborné a motivující. Ve firmě DAVO CAR jsem se naučila, že i v práci může být příjemné prostředí a může se tam člověk těšit. Naučila jsem se samozřejmě i důslednost a pracovitost, díky které bylo ještě lepší ohodnocení. Já jsem zde byla velmi spokojena a kdyby byla firma blíže k mému nynějšímu bydlišti, rozhodně bych se vrátila zpátky po mateřské dovolené.♥
Řekla bych, že nespokojenost nebyla s ničím. V případě pracovního problému, nevědomosti nebo něčeho podobného tam byli nadřízení, kteří vždy rádi pomohli a poradili.

Kolektiv
Neférovost Topmanagementu, slíbí cokoliv, nedodrží nic. Hodně změn, než si člověk zvykne na jednu, je to úplně další a to opačná, zaměstnanec se stal jen položkou, benefity žádné, všude kamery a odposlouchávání zaměstnanců na denní bázi.

Zázemí společnosti, přátelský kolektiv, upřímný majitel a pohodový majitel

Security and stability
Pokud je člověk aktivní, chce pracovat, má zde jistotu, a možnost pracovního růstu. Firma to má dobře promyšlené, nechce měnit zaměstnance typu přijmu a vyhodím. Váží si svých lidi, to už je dnes dost vzácné.
