Je vhodná hlavně pro lidi bez zkušeností. Zkušení, kteří hledají pracovní balanc, v takovém toxickém prostředí dlouho nevydrží. Firma to ví, a proto cílí hlavně na mladé, kteří ještě nemají vybudované hranice a nechají si víc líbit. Nedoporučuji to nikomu.
Ve firmě je pevně stanovená pracovní doba, která se nepřekračuje. Nestává se, že by bylo potřeba něco řešit mimo ni. A pokud pracovní úkol tuto dobu přesáhne, umožňuje zaměstnavatel vybrat si náhradní volno.
