Konkrétně mám na mysli pozice skladníků a řidičů, které ve firmě převažují. Měla jsem možnost strávit několik dní na skladech, napříč všemi středisky a práce probíhá v normálním tempu, nikdo neběhá s jazykem na vestě, kdo si chce udělat přestávku, si ji udělá a dá si třeba kávu, nestojí mu nikdo za krkem a přestávku nestopuje. Na druhou stranu, jsou i dny, většinou před svátky, které jsou svižnější a je třeba zase máknout více. Co se týče řidičů, po té, co rozvezou svoji trasu, mají hotovo. Každý si zodpovídá za svoji odvedenou práci a vše co s ní souvisí. Pokud stihne rozvést rychle, může jít domů. Navíc, netaháme žádná těžká břemena. Když si každý dělá co má a dodržuje dohodnutá pravidla, má opravdu klid.
