Práce v Denso je stabilní, pokud pracujete jak máte jen tak vás nevyhodí. Cení si dlouhodobých zaměstnanců. Pokud nějaký projekt končí, tak nevadí další dva začínají. Práce je vždycky, pracovník se nemusí bát, pokud ne na daném projektu najdou vám jí někde jinde, na jiné lince například.

Je to japonská firma a tak tomu odpovídají pravidla zejména zaměřená na bezpečnost. Musí se zde dodržovat např. ústrojova kázeň, nošení ochranných brýlí, pravidla bezpečné chůze, pohyb po areálu, místa určená pro přestávky, časy přestávek, místa pro kuřáky, ale třeba i parkování před firmou. Dodržování pracovních postupů. Veškerá porušení nastavenych pravidel jsou postihována.
