Vyplata chodila vzdy vcas. Docela dobra jidelna.

Klasicky korporat - na vsechno mytinky (opakovane), ale realne reseni zadne. Celkova struktura firmy - 3 urovne manazeru - supervizor - inzenyr -> velke mnozstvi vedoucich pozic HR bylo schopny vyhodit schopneho manazera a dosadit neschopneho, co nic nedela vse presouva na podrizene, a stale to nevidi. Od manazeru slysite jen lzi, udelaji a reknou cokoliv aby si udrzeli sve misto. V podstate zadne benefity, zadne spolecne akce, nic navic.

Je to japonska firma a vrcholni manazeri jsou japonci. Evropska centrala je u Mnichova a hlavni jazyk komunikace je anglictina. Delnici jsou z polska, srbska, ukrajiny.

Nelze hodnotí HR oddělení bylo super.

Vedoucí nebyl férový, když jsem se mu svěřil z problémem našel si divit mě ve zkušební době vyhodit.

Líbí se mi, jak je v Densu zařízené stravování

Ne vše funguje tak jak má, to způsobí že je výroba zpomalená a pracovník řeší problémy ve stresu aby vše stíhal

Pružná pracovní doba, čisté pracovní prostředí a cattering.

Uvítal bych nadstandartní benefit sick days, jelikož v případě krátkodobé virózy chodí všichni do kanceláře a prskají okolo sebe bacily, jelikož neshopenka = snížení výplaty a následně nakazí mnohem více kolegů.

Mám radost, že v daném zaměstnaní existuje možnost se vyvíjet, zkoušet nové pozice a věci. Samozřejmě velkou výhodou jsou akce a benefity, které nabízí firma.

Chybí fyzická aktivita, pro člověka, který sedí 8 hodin u počítače by bylo dobrý mít několik krátkých přestavek na protahování.

Kolegove na stejne organizacni urovni.

Nadrizeni. Pracovni zatez. Byl jsem sam na trismenny plan. Finance. Kolegove z Densa z Nemecka meli za to same vice nez trojnasobek. Kantyna. Toalety.
