Nebrán ohled na předem stanovený konec pracovní doby, vznikají přesčasy, které nejsou placené. Prakticky nenormální je skončit na čas. Není možné si naplánovat mimopracovní aktivity po skončení pracovní doby, protože člověk nikdy neví, kdy skončí. Prakticky by mohl být denně v práci 10 a více hodin a stejně by se nezastavil. Přímým nadřízeným slíbené bonusy za jistou vykonanou práci nakonec nevyplaceny. Špatná spolupráce mezi jednotlivými odděleními. Nedostatečný trénink pro výkon dané pozice.

Pražský hotel Mandarin Oriental má obrovský potenciál k pracovnímu rozvoji, nicméně není ani zdaleka využíván. FB department zaměstnává nekvalifikovaný personál, posledních pár profesionálních zaměstnanců zcela jistě odejde brzy také. Na několika manažerských pozicích v FB stojí momentálně lidé, u kterých můžeme pouze dlouze polemizovat, jakým způsobem se tam vlastně dostali. V současné době zde není v restauraci poskytován servis hoden 5 hvězdičkovému hotelu. Je to velká škoda.

Brali na ohled dopravu do prace, byli tam velmi mili a ochotni vyjit vstric pozadavkum.
Na zauceni nebylo tolik casu, ale vse casem zvladnete.
