Dostatek odborníků na svém místě. Společnost s velkým potenciálem. Stabilita, dobrý lokální zaměstnavatel.
S chováním a jednáním některých manažerů. Nedostatečné a nekompetentní vedení. Zoufalé zaškolení. Strnulost řady zaměstnanců, špatná nálada.
