veškerá školení pro zaučení a další vzdělávání platí zaměstnavatel

Konkrétně pozice poradce je o vyhledávání klientů a samostatná práce s nimi. Záleží tedy čistě na vás, kdy, kde a jak oslovíte a domluvíte se s potencionálním klientem na schůzkách a vypracováním návrhu pojištění.

možnosti osobního i profesního rozvoje, flexibilní pracovní doba, podpora ze strany nadřízených pracovníků,
Flexible working hours
Po zaškolení a získání základních dovedností je možné si řídit čas strávený prací dle vlastních osobních preferencí. Samozřejmě je při tom ale nutno brát zřetel i na možnosti a požadavky klientů. Úspěšný obchodník či manažer to ale jistě dokáže dobře skloubit a využít této výhody.
Pleasant work environment
Na centrále v Praze najdete moderně vybavené kanceláře s příjemným zázemím. Navíc je možno vystoupat až na střechu budovy a třeba během oběda užívat výhled na celé město. Na pobočkách pak vládne příjemná rodinná atmosféra.

Naucila jsem se se starým programem pres dve obrazovky. Benefity byly dobrý akorát Cafeterie a proplacení kuponu jízdného MHD.
