Funguje tam hlavně chaos, kdy neví pravá ruka co dělá levá. S nadřízenými špatná domluva na vylepšení situace a pracovních problémů.
Výplata byla vždy na účtu včas.
Security and stability
Plánování dovolené není problém. Výplata včas na účtu. Stabilní zaměstnání pro nenáročné co jim nevadí dělat v trvalém chladu.

Práce je nenáročná. Snadno se jí naučí každý. Naučí se pracovat samostatně i v týmu.

Oceňuji nově připravované benefity pro zaměstnance. Dále komunikaci mezi jednotlivými oddělneními, přístup vedoucích k podřízeným. Snahu o zlepšování zázemí.
Myslím, že každého by potěšila alespoň 1x v roce, nejlépe ke konci roku menší finanční odměna.

Firma Nagel Česko zaplatila jazykové kurzy zaměstnancům, kteří využivají cizí jazyky ke své práci (angličtina, němčina) .Zaměstnanci si během jednoho roku vylepší cizí jazyk alespoň o dva stupně.

Podmínky a plat
Férovost, pracovní doba, spoustu věcí se dělalo k ničemu. Tahali mě do Prahy na "školení" a pak se tam vlastně nic nedělo a byl jsem tam zbytečně

Větší zapojení vedení, silnější orientace na lidi. Snažit se udržet kvalitní zaměstnance a naopak, slabé pustit.
