Máme velmi dobré a blízké vztahy s kolegy, což zásadně zpříjemňuje celkovou atmosféru na pracovišti.
Platové podmínky nejsou úplně ideální.
Order and rules
Protože tu řád a pravidla jsou - v dobrém slova smyslu. Pokud někdo pravidla porušuje, je to velmi férově řešeno. A platí to jak pro vedoucí, tak pro řadové zaměstnance. Tak, aby se všem v Nagelu dobře pracovalo.
Opportunity to learn new things
Nagel nenabírá na konkrétní pozice pouze lidi stoprocentně zkušené v daném oboru, ale dává příležitost i lidem méně zkušeným, právě s perspektivou se učit novým věcem. Dále dává možnost samostatně myslet, pracovat a obohacovat tak jak firmu, tak sebe.
