Tehdejší přímý nadřízený byl velmi inteligentní a chytrý člověk, k tomu měl rád humor, což je pro mne bonus. Důvěřoval mi a dával mi dostatek prostoru k samostatné práci.
Většina top managementu a dalších linek vedení nestojí o skutečně výkonné a chytré lidi s tahem na branku. Podporují lidi průměrné, ublížené a neschopné. Těmi se obklopují, aby je nemohl nikdo ohrozit. Společně pak ty schopné "vytlačí" anebo vykonstruují o nich nepravdivé pomluvy. A s těmi, jak známo, se bojovat nedá.

Lidský přístup, zvýšení kvalifikace, dobrý kolektiv.
Příslib navýšení mzdy, nebyl vedoucím dodržen.

ničeho
přístup k lidem, vážit si svých zaměstnanců jež pracují pro firmu spoustu let, jednání s lidmi, platové ohodnocení za odvedenou práci, schopnost ohodnotit zkušenosti a pracovitost....

Společnost projevila několikrát snahu hledat nové příležitosti v oblasti svého podnikání a měla snahu rozšířovat spektrum nabídky svých služeb a výrobků
Zlepšení by mělo nastat v oblasti odhadování svých vlastních sil/ kompetencí, ve schopnosti zaujmout a udržet si správné osoby pro dosáhnutí požadovaných cílů, ve vytváření lepší interní atmosféry - firma díky častým změnám strategie vytváří dojem nejistoty směrem ke svým zaměstnancům

Domluva, ohledně naddeělaní směny, případně části směny.
Pracovníci nejsou posuzování dle množství odvedené práce a jakosti.
