Dokážu si srovnat ceny dodavatelů elektřiny a plynu sama. Když se někdo ozve s nabídkou, dokážu porovnat. Radím i všem naokolo. Za mě zkušenost dobrá. Líbil se mi benefit firemní ceny na el. a plyn.
S přístupem některých kolegů, kde nebylo delegováno vše včas a pravdivě, kde místo nás rozhodoval někdo jiný před vedením firmy.

Zajímavá práce v příjemném prostředí. Ovšem ve velmi špatném kolektivu.
Absolutní nezájem o společnosti o své zaměstnance. Velmi špatné chování managementu k ostatním zaměstnancům společnosti. Špatná a prakticky žádná komunikace mezi centrálou a zaměstnanci v regionech. Neustálá práce pod stresem.
Order and rules
Na všechno jsou jasné dané pracovní postupy a společnost očekává, že se jimi všichni budou řídit. Invence se příliš nenosí.

Mohla jsem se rozvíjet a měla jsem možnost proesního růstu
Způsob ukončení pracovní pozice a cesta jakým se Armex ubírá nyní.

- flexibilní pracovní doba - benefity
- kolegové a obecně kolektiv, to je jeden velký problém celé firmy ARMEX ENERGY, a.s. - oddělení by mezi sebou neměla bojovat, ale pomáhat si, hlavně ke spokojenosti zákazníka.

Vždy se dá s nadřízeným domluvit. Dělám svoji práci jak nejlépe umím a nadřízený to dokáže ohodnotit

Stabilní firma, fér přístup, slušné platové podmínky, celková spokojenost. Doporučuji, jsem zde třetím rokem.

Pokud clovek svoji praci dela tak jak ma, nepotopi Vas.
Vice dbat na pravidlech a predpisech, omezit prilisne kamaradickovani podrizenych s vedoucimi
