Vadí mi ,že se mluví o lidech bez jejich přítomnosti.A hlavně se dá na nějaké donášení a špitání o lidech.Kdo toho kolik řekne,tím má lepší pozici.

Líbí se mi produkty, které firma Vertiv vyrábí, líbí se mi atmosféra na pracovišti, konkrétně v oddělení kde pracuji. Mám rád náplň svojí práce a také to že je Vertiv globální firma, můžu se zde setkat s lidmi ze zahraničí. Je zde prostor k růstu

Nelíbí se mi určitá nezainteresovanost určitých lidí a nezájem o to, aby svou práci dělali dobře. Myslím si, že by závod potřeboval více konkurenceschopných motivovaných lidí.

Pracovní doba, dojezdová vzdálenost, férové jednání

uvítal bych možnost pracovat v administrativě i ve stoje (jiné stoly) a lepší židle s ohledem na lepší ergonomii a menší zatížení těla / páteře

Oceňuji otevřenou komunikaci, týmovou spolupráci, proaktivní lidský přístup k zaměstnancům (soutěže a aktivity pro zaměstnance) s podporou rozvoje a kariérního růstu.

Občas mi vadí odevzdanost/nezájem jednotlivců pro nové výzvy, úkoly apod.
