Je tu opravdu super parta kolegů, kterým se dá věřit, svěřit a celkově má firma neobvykle vřelou firemní strukturu a skvělé kanceláře i backoffice se spoustou benefitů. Co se týče technologií a know-how firmy a komunikace vedení "směrem dolů", je tato společnost opravdu nadprůměrná a je tu dobře. :)

You can find here good and qualified people within the teams.
There is a lot of work to be done in terms of processes that are chaotic and not conducive to a good atmosphere. The big thing there is favoritism. Also, people are hired who are overqualified for the positions and this leads to frustration for these people and they eventually quit. There is a lot of manipulation and distortion of reality. There is a constant change of people in the agency and within the teams because there is a high fluctuation of employees. A big topic in the agency is that there is a lot of micromanagement. People in leadership positions, instead of benefiting from the knowledge of subordinates, demean them.
