Skvela atmosfera a kultura, sikovni a talentovani kolegove, fajnovi klienti. Otevrene a bezpecne prostredi, vsechno se da pristup. Velka kvalita a ferovost interne v cele firme, ale i s klienty a dodavateli, spolupracovniky.
To se netyka konkretne nasi agentury, ale celeho agenturnihi sveta - kazdou korunu je treba extremne odmakat, klienti se velmi boji a chteji hromadu dukazu v dobe uz nekolikalete krize a velmi tezko se v tomhle obdobi naplnuje potencial a drzi ferove podminky s klienty pro obe strany.

Skvělá přátelské atmosféra, ve které se veškeré problémy řeší snadno. Vždy Triad vyšel vstříc a kdykoliv mám nějaké speciální požadavky, baví se se mnou o nich a snaží se najít uspokojivou cestu. Oceňuju možnost sebevzdělávání skrz placené konference nebo multispotku, která nám zaručuje abychom u těch počítačů příliš nelenivěli :)
Není nic speciálního, co by mě napadlo. Samozřejmě během kampaní je někdy potřeba pracovat večery/víkendy, což v marketingovém světě takto bývá
