dobří kolegové relativně slušný plat
hekticky a nedomyšleně přijímaná rozhodnutí, nekoncepčnost příliš mnoho regulací a nařízení pouze 4 týdny dovolené, z toho 2 týdny celozávodní a termín vyhlásí až těsně před personální politika obecně (odchází schopní lidé nebo jsou odejiti a firmě je to šumák)

Velmi dobrý kolektiv. Výplatu platí v čas. Benefit ve formě stravování v kantýně za 60Kč.
Pouze 20 dnů dovolené.

Jezdí autobus přímo k maieru, stravenky,
Špatně naplánované výroby, na začátku týdne nemáme co dělat a ke konci týdne toho máme až nad hlavu a chtějí aby jsme chodili v soboty do práce.

Bohužel chybí zaškolování nových zaměstnanců. Firma toto nezvládá. Proto spousta zaměstnanců odchází se zklamáním, že jim bylo něco slíbeno, ale nedošlo k tomu.

U firmy hodně záleží na jaký úsek se dostanete. Někde je ta komunikace lepší, jinde vázne. Práce je většinou lehká a nenáročná.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Zauci, práce je to jednoduchá.
No overtime
Přesčasy jsou možné, na některých úsecích dobrovolné..
