dobrý kolektiv, možnost výuky cizího jazyka ( zdarma), finanční ohodnocení, příspěvek na důchodové pojištění
více naslouchat lidem s praxí ve firmě a ne lidem z externích firem (kaizen), zlepšení by měli navrhovat lidé, kteří dělají v oboru a vědí jak to ve firmě funguje

Odvětví automotiv má budoucnost, člověk, který se přizpůsobí podmínkám a pochopí proč firma dbá na určité věci, má "svatý pokoj" a může kariérně růst. Člověk musí být otevřený změnám a přistupovat k práci ve výrobě kvalitně a dodržovat postupy, kvalitu. Ostatně, ve které práci tomu není jinak?
Méně porad pro vedoucí zaměstnance, aby se věnovali lidem a jejich potřebám.

Blízko mého bydliště. :D
Firma by měla zvýšit svým řadovým zaměstnancům finanční ohodnocení. Můj přímý nadřízený - skvělá komunikace, ale komunikace s vyšší funkcí nulová.
