práce v servisu je náročná na stres, vše se musí řešit rychle a netýká se to jen dispečinku. Celý den děláte několik věcí najednou. Den sice rychle uteče ale kdo není stresově odolný tak to moc dlouho nevydrží.
Servis je týmová práce bez toho se neobejdete.Technici musí vycházet vsrříc dispečerkám a naopak.
