Vycházeli vždy vstříc
Nikdo Vás neocenil za Vaši odvedenou práci, nikoho nezajímaly nápady pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti (a to má agentura dost konkurentů), nikdo neocenil, že jste vyřešil situaci s kterou si ostatní zaměstnanci nevěděli rady. Práce je určená spíše pro lidi, kteří si odsedí 8 hodin v práci a nepotřebují se dál vzdělávat a růst

Kolektiv je v současné době skvělý, rozumíme si jak po pracovní, tak i po soukromé stránce. Výplata včas na BU. Můj nadřízený je férový, pomáhá nám a vždy se s nim dá rozumně domluvit. Firma jako taková pochopila, že je potřeba naslouchat lidem a na přelomu toku se zlepšilo finanční ohodnocení i benefity.
Pokud bych byla na jiném oddělení a tedy pod jiným nadřízeným, už bych u firmy nebyla. Bohužel jsou ve vedení někteří, co se vám snaží jen tak z nudy práci znepříjemnit a využívají svého postavení. Občas zde vázne komunikace a vedení nás ,,zapomene” upozornit na změny. Opravdu hodně se zde střídají zaměstnanci.
