Logistika na strašnem úpadku. Ve vedení člověk, který nemá zkušenosti ani sebemenší ponětí co je to jednání s podřízeným. Celkově logistika v Benteleru je na velmi nízké úrovni ze strany vedoucích..

Peníze vždy včas na úctě, jinak nic
Přístup vedení, výrobní zaměstnanci jsou pro managementem póvl. Za 8 let co zde pracuji je to čím dal horší Nelogická rozhodnutí ohledně výroby i systému směnování - časté a nečekané změny

- Pozice vedoucích pracovníku dělají lidi absolutně nevhodné pro tuto práci. - Kariérní postup na některých pracovištích funguje a někde nikoliv i když jsou lidé sebelepší. - Absurdní priority zaměstnavatele který staví ,,kontrolu špuntů’’ v uších nad kvalitu výroby.

práce na DPP, flexibilní pracovní doba
chování nadřízeného a kolegů, nízké platové ohodnocení, velmi se mi nelíbilo jak se oddělení na které jsem byla chová k dělníkům kteří tam pracují a vše na nich stojí
Unconventional perks
Nevím, až tak si nemyslím, že se jedná o netradiční benefity. Stravenky v dnešní době má mnoho firem. Tady je nahrávají na Sodexo kartu, kterou v našem městě přijímají pouze v předraženém Albertu a jinde se ní moc platit nedá. Poté je myslím vstup do bazénu zdarma - to má taky spousta firem + nějaké mikulášské nadílky pro děti, příspěvky na tábory... tudíž o netradičních benefitech tu nemůže být řeč.

Firma je ferova, super lidi, prijem byl dobry, dobra spoluprace, nekonfliktni prostredi
Upadajici benefity. Stizeni jazykovych kurzu

Protoze prace je druha rodina, clovek si musi sednout s lidmi ve firme. A v Benteleru je skvela parta lidi

Bentele je jedna velka vyzva. Jedna se o automotive, clovek musi reagovat rychle a vymyslet efektivni napravne opatreni
