Spokojná som s pracovnou dobou keď potrebujem voľno tak ho mám, ale to záleží od kolektívu a my sme super kolektív Veduca nás vie oceniť a je super aj vianočný večierok, ako mínus je že nedávajú 13 -14 plat

Vzdy mi vysel vstric. Klouzava pracovni doba, kratsi patek diky naddelanym hodinam v tydnu, pet tydnu dovolene. Pravidelne skoleni, kurzy. Moznost zlepseni nemciny.

5 týdnů dovolené, možnost navrhovat "zlepšováky", zaměstnanecké slevy a - perspektiva. Výhledy do budoucna - pozitivní, a to motivuje nejvíc.
Složité jednání s německou "matkou". Než se něco schválí, uběhne strašně moc času - některé velmi správné změny tak ztrácejí sílu a prodlevy mohou být kritické... Malé kanceláře.
