Moc toho neni ale je to firma ktera ma uspech(aspon co si myslím ) ale zároven si myslím,že ty lidi ktery to vlastně "oddřou" nejsou dostatečně ohodnoceni
asi bych se více zaobíral i lidmi co pro mě pracují

Díky oblastní vedoucí by se dalo změnit vše,hlavně přístup k zaměstnancům,navýšit plat a přidat nějaké motivující bunusy.Ale ne každý oblastní vedoucí musí být nutně jako byl ten můj.A plat je dán firmou-bohužel na dnešní dobu opravdu velmi nízký oproti požadavkům na zaměstnance.
